The Power Full® Playbook

Modeled on soccer. Informed by neuroscience. Rooted in business acumen.

Soccer is a tangible example of strong collaboration.

The game play is designed with structure and flexibility.

Everyone is aligned around a singular goal.

Players have clear roles that adapt on the fly.

Interdependencies among positions are clear.

Guiding principles govern the action in the moment.

Soccer helps people understand how it looks and feels to be part of a team.

Practice doesn’t make perfect.

Practice makes permanent.

No one builds muscle memory by thinking or talking about it.

It’s all about the reps.

The Power Full Playbook uses the neuroscience of team sports to develop the mindsets and skillsets of collaboration.

Hi. I'm Jennifer Crews.

I have spent over 30 years developing and executing strategies in a wide range of business environments — from Fortune 50 corporations to mid-size private companies to early-stage startups. For the first half I was in-house, running multimillion-dollar projects and product lines. The back half was from the outside looking in, advising CEOs, executives, and leadership teams on how to turn good strategy into real results.

Across all of it, one thing kept proving true: A great strategy isn't enough. Even the best plan falls apart if the team can't work well together. Strong collaboration is harder than it looks. It often feels like it happens by accident. And the faster business moves, the harder it gets.

I found myself repeatedly referencing my experience as a soccer player, captain and coach to help people understand what strong collaboration looks — and feels — like. The model and methods of soccer provide a perfect analogue for how to execute well as a unified group. And the athlete's mindset and skillset includes accountability, strong communication, and continuous improvement.

So I created the Power Full® Playbook: Everything I know about business, soccer, and the neuroscience of interpersonal dynamics, integrated into a simple, actionable game plan that any team can use to work better together — and win. And when it clicks, a team gets in the zone — the right things just happen, and a group of individuals works as one unit to deliver more results with less effort.

In business, sometimes we make things harder than they need to be. I would love to help you make things easier by teaching your team to execute seamlessly and win together.

Let’s talk.

The Power Full Playbook is the simple, actionable game plan that increases your team’s capacity.
